Ik ben een gedreven en resultaatgerichte peoplemanager, een bruggenbouwer met een gezonde dosis humor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mijn passie ligt op dit terrein: enthousiasmeren van mensen en het cre\u00ebren van een goede samenwerkingscultuur, waardoor het realiseren en verankeren van resultaten en werkprocessen ook op lange termijn gegarandeerd is.<\/span><span class=\"white-space-pre\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mijn aanpak is pragmatisch, waarbij mijn kracht ligt in het vertalen van de organisatievraagstukken naar werkbare mogelijkheden. Ik adviseer werkgevers over verzuimbeleid waarbij \u201cwerkgeluk\u201d een belangrijk thema is.
